The Mental Health Review Board

21. The Mental Health Review Board



(1) There is established a Board to be known as the Mental Health Review
Board.

(2) The Board is to be constituted by-

   (a)  a President; and

   (b)  such other members as are necessary from time to time for the proper
        functioning of the Board.

(3) Schedule 1 has effect with respect to members of the Board.
