Variation of community treatment orders

14C. Variation of community treatment orders



(1) The authorised psychiatrist may vary a community treatment order at any
time.

(2) If the authorised psychiatrist does so, he or she must-

   (a)  inform the person that the order has been varied; and

   (b)  give the person a copy of the order as varied; and

   (c)  inform the person of the grounds on which the authorised psychiatrist
        decided to vary the order.
