Time within which proceedings for certain offences may be brought

77A. Time within which proceedings for certain offences may be brought

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any Act, proceedings for an
offence against section 44A(2) or 44A(3) may be commenced within the period of
2 years after the commission of the alleged offence.
