Documents signed by president to be evidence

75. Documents signed by president to be evidence

All orders directions notices and documents whatever purporting to be issued
or written by or under the direction of the Board and purporting to be signed
by the president of the Board shall be received as evidence in all courts of
law, and shall be deemed to be issued or written by or under the direction of
the Board without further proof unless the contrary is shown.
