Unincorporated company may be sued in the name of manager etc.

74. Unincorporated company may be sued in the name of manager etc.

Where an insurance company is not incorporated or has no public officer the
proceedings whether for any contribution or any penalty may be taken against
the company in the name of the firm or of the manager secretary or agent of
such insurance company in which case judgment against such firm manager
secretary or agent shall bind the property of such insurance company.
