Recovery of charges for services

66A. Recovery of charges for services



(1) Any money to be paid to the Board as fees and charges for services
provided by the Board may be recovered by the Board in any court of competent
jurisdiction as a debt due to the Board.

(2) The Board may on the application of any person who is liable in respect of
an amount for services provided by the Board, if the Board considers it
appropriate-





   (a)  remit or excuse the payment of the amount or any part of the amount;
        or

   (b)  defer the payment of the amount or any part of the amount for such
        time as the Board thinks fit.
