Collection of contributions for brigades

60. Collection of contributions for brigades





(1) Subject to regulations the Board may grant an authority in writing or in
print to any person to collect contributions or subscriptions for the purposes
of any unit and may at any time call in or cancel such authority.

(2) Every person not duly authorized in that behalf by the Board who solicits
contributions or subscriptions for the purpose of any unit shall on conviction
thereof be guilty of an offence against this Act.
