Board may provide protection services

55C. Board may provide protection services



(1) The Board may enter into an agreement with any person to provide any other
property protection or loss mitigation service for the prevention of or to
deal with the effects of any emergency or hazard.

(2) The Board may charge for the provision of services under subsection (1) in
accordance with the regulations.
