Units to be registered

52. Units to be registered

All units-

   (a)  must conform to the laws affecting units; and

   (b)  must be registered in the manner and subject to the conditions
        prescribed by the regulations; and

   (c)  are subject to inspection by any employee of the Board who is
        authorised by the Board to carry out inspections.
