36. Annual estimate of expenditure and revenue



(1) Before the end of every financial year the Board must provide the Minister
with-

   (a)  an estimate of the expenditure which may be incurred by the Board in
        the execution of this Act during the next financial year (including
        any amounts payable into any fund under this Act); and

   (b)  an estimate of the revenue of the Board during the next financial year
        (including the amounts payable into any fund under this Act).

(2) The Minister must determine the total amounts of contributions payable
under section 37 having regard to the estimates under subsection (1) and to
any other matters as the Minister thinks fit and that determination has no
force or effect until it is approved by the Governor in Council.
