Employees of Board

25B. Employees of Board



(1) The Board may from time to time-

   (a)  employ any persons that it considers necessary to assist it in
        carrying out its functions under this Act or any other Act; and

   (b)  transfer, promote, suspend or remove any employee.

(2) Every appointment or promotion of a member of the operational staff is to
be on 3 months' probation.
