Power of delegation
24B. Power of delegation
The Board may, by instrument under its common seal, delegate to any employee
or class of employees of the Board any responsibility, power, authority, duty
or function of the Board under this Act or the regulations or under any other
Act or regulations, other than this power of delegation.
