Participation in meetings by telephone etc.

19. Participation in meetings by telephone etc.



(1) The Board may permit its members to participate in a particular meeting,
or all meetings, by-

   (a)  telephone; or

   (b)  closed-circuit television; or

   (c)  any other means of communication.

(2) A member who participates in a meeting under a permission under subsection
(1) is deemed to be present at the meeting.
