13. Vacancies



(1) A member of the Board may resign from membership by letter signed by the
member and delivered to the Minister.

(2) The office of a member of the Board becomes vacant if the member-

   (a)  without the approval of the Board, fails to attend 3 consecutive
        meetings of the Board; or

   (b)  becomes bankrupt; or

   (c)  is convicted in Victoria of an offence punishable on first conviction
        with imprisonment for a term of 12 months or more or is elsewhere
        convicted of an offence which, if committed in Victoria, would be so
        punishable.
