Remuneration and allowances

11. Remuneration and allowances













(1) A member of the Board (other than an employee of the public service) is
entitled to receive-

   (a)  remuneration; and

   (b)  travelling or other allowances-

from time to time fixed by the Governor in Council.

(2) If a member of the Board is a member of the Legislative Council or the
Legislative Assembly, the member is not entitled to the payment of any
remuneration or allowances under this Act.
