Term of appointment

10. Term of appointment



(1) Subject to this Act, a member of the Board holds office for the period,
not exceeding 3 years, specified in the instrument of his or her appointment.

(2) A member of the Board is eligible for reappointment.

(3) The instrument of appointment may specify terms and conditions of
appointment not inconsistent with this Act or the regulations.

(4) A member of the Board may be removed from office by the Governor in
Council.
