Protection for things done under this Part

73. Protection for things done under this Part

An action does not lie against a member of the Committee or the Secretary on
account of any publication made or anything done under the authority of this
Part or taken, made or done bona fide purportedly under the authority of this
Part or on account of any omission made bona fide in the administration of
this Part.
