Reasons for determination

71. Reasons for determination



(1) Any person whose interests are affected by a determination of the
Committee may request a copy in writing of the reasons for the determination-

   (a)  before or within 14 days after the Committee makes the determination;
        and

   (b)  on payment to the Secretary of the prescribed fee (if any).

(2) The Committee must comply with a request made under subsection (1).

(3) The Committee may give a copy of a determination of the Committee to any
person on request.
