Procedure of Committee

70. Procedure of Committee



(1) The Committee in carrying out its functions may inform itself in any
manner it thinks fit.

(2) Subject to this Act and the regulations, the procedure of the Committee is
in its discretion.

(3) The Committee may at any time correct a clerical mistake in any of its
decisions or an error arising in a decision from an accidental slip or
omission.
