Constitution of Committee

66. Constitution of Committee

For the purposes of determining a claim, the Committee must be constituted by-

   (a)  the Chairperson; and

   (b)  at least one member selected by the Chairperson who is a person
        referred to in section 57(1)(b); and

   (c)  at least one member who is a person referred to in section 57(1)(c);
        and

   (d)  such other members of the Committee (if any) as the Chairperson
        determines.
