Determination not invalid by reason of vacancy, etc.

63. Determination not invalid by reason of vacancy, etc.

Subject to section 66, an act or determination of the Committee is not invalid
by reason only of a vacancy in the office of Chairperson or of any other
member or a defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment of
a member or, in the case of a person appointed to act as chairperson on the
ground that the occasion for so acting had not arisen or had ceased.
