Terms and conditions of appointment

58. Terms and conditions of appointment



(1) A member of the Committee holds office for such period, and on such terms
and conditions as are specified in the instrument of appointment and is
eligible for re-appointment.

(2) The Public Administration Act 2004 (other than Part 3 of that Act) applies
to a member of the Committee in respect of the office of member.
