57. Motor Car Traders Claims Committee





(1) There is established a Motor Car Traders Claims Committee which shall
consist of not less than three members appointed by the Governor in Council of
whom-

   (a)  one, who is the chairperson, must be an Australian lawyer (within the
        meaning of the Legal Profession Act 2004) of at least 5 years'
        standing; and

   (b)  at least one must be a person with experience in the business of motor
        car trading; and

   (c)  at least one must be a person who has knowledge of the interests of
        natural persons who use the services of motor car traders.

(2) The Chairperson may be referred to as the Chairman or the Chairwoman, as
the case requires.
