Special conditions to be void

56. Special conditions to be void



(1) Any special condition which purports to limit or modify the obligations of
a motor car trader under section 54 or 55 is void.

(2) A motor car trader must not enter into an agreement containing a special
condition referred to in subsection (1).

Penalty: 10 penalty units. _______________
