Motor car traders to provide name and address of last owner

53. Motor car traders to provide name and address of last owner

A motor car trader must provide the name and address of the last owner of a
motor car (if that information is known to the motor car trader) to a
prospective purchaser of the motor car on request if the last owner was not a
motor car trader or a special trader. Penalty: 10 penalty units.
