Suspended and cancelled licences must be returned

31B. Suspended and cancelled licences must be returned





(1) If the Tribunal suspends or cancels a licence, the person to whom the
licence was issued must return the licence to the Authority within the period
specified by the Tribunal by notice in writing given to the person.

Penalty: 25 penalty units.

(2) If a licence is automatically suspended or cancelled under this Act, the
person to whom the licence was issued must return the licence to the Authority
within 7 days of becoming aware of the suspension or cancellation.

Penalty: 25 penalty units.
