Motor Car Traders Act 1986 - SECT 29D

Authority may impose conditions

29D. Authority may impose conditions



(1) In granting an application under section 29A, 29B or 29C, the Authority
may impose any conditions it considers appropriate to ensure the ongoing
protection of the public interest.

(2) The Authority may at any time impose conditions in respect of the
permission or vary or revoke any conditions previously imposed.

(3) A person to whom permission has been given must comply with any conditions
imposed in respect of the permission.

Penalty: 25 penalty units.

(4) If the Authority is satisfied that any condition imposed in respect of a
permission has been contravened or not complied with, it may revoke the
permission.
