Failure to comply with section 23
24A. Failure to comply with section 23
(1) If a licensee fails to comply with section 23, the Authority must give the
licensee a written notice stating that unless the licensee complies with that
section and also pays to the Authority the late payment or lodgement fee
required by the regulations by the date specified in the notice, the
licensee's licence will be cancelled.
(2) The date specified in the notice must be at least 14 days after the date
on which the notice is given to the licensee.
(3) If the licensee has not complied with section 23 and paid the late payment
or lodgement fee by the date specified in the notice, the licence is
automatically cancelled.
