Extension of time

24. Extension of time



(1) On payment of any late fee required by the regulations, a person may apply
to the Authority for an extension of time, or a further extension of time, in
which to comply with section 23.

(2) The Authority may grant the application if it is made before the date in
relation to which the extension is sought.
