Licences to be returned

21. Licences to be returned

If a licensee-

   (a)  ceases to carry on business at a place; or





   (b)  ceases to carry on a business of trading in motor cars; or

   (c)  is required by section 19A to cease trading as a motor car trader; or





   (d)  commences to carry on business at a place-



the licensee must, within 14 days, return the form of licence to the Authority
for endorsement or cancellation, as the case may be. Penalty: 10 penalty
units.
