20. Licensee to give notice of certain changes





(1) If-

   (a)  a person ceases to be or is appointed as a director of a body
        corporate that is a licensee; or

   (b)  a licensee ceases or commences to carry on business at a place; or

   (c)  any other change that is a prescribed change occurs in relation to a
        licensee-

the licensee must give notice in writing to the Authority within 14 days after
the change occurs together with particulars of the change. Penalty: 5 penalty
units.

(2) If a licence is granted to a partnership and there is a change in the
partnership, the partnership and each person who was a member of the
partnership immediately before the change must give notice in writing of the
dissolution of the partnership to the Authority within 14 days after the
change occurs.

(3) A former member of a partnership need not comply with subsection (2) if
she or he knows the partnership or another former member has already given
written notice of the change to the Authority.
