Conditions of licence

14. Conditions of licence



(1) The Authority may-

   (a)  impose conditions that must be complied with before it grants a
        licence; and

   (b)  on granting a licence, and at any other time, impose conditions or
        restrictions on a licence; and

   (c)  at any time on the application of any person, or of its own motion,
        vary or revoke any of those conditions or restrictions.

(2) A licensee must comply with the conditions or restrictions of a licence.

Penalty: 100 penalty units.

(2A) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Authority may
impose conditions or vary or revoke conditions under this section at the
request of the Committee.

(3) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Authority may
require as a condition that the person who holds, or is to hold, the licence
must provide the Authority or the Committee with a guarantee or an indemnity
in a form, and secured in a manner, specified by the Authority.
