Notice of application

11. Notice of application



(1) Where an application for a licence is made in accordance with section 8,
the Authority must, except in the prescribed circumstances, give any details
of the application that the Authority considers relevant to the Director and
the Chief Commissioner of Police.

(2) The Director and the Chief Commissioner of Police, upon receiving details
of the application, must make such inquiries in relation to the application as
the Director or the Chief Commissioner of Police considers appropriate.

(3) The Director and the Chief Commissioner of Police, after receiving the
results of the inquiries, must report to the Authority.

(4) A report may include recommendations.
