10. Notice of changes to details in application

If, before a decision is made under section 13 to grant or refuse a licence, a
material change occurs in any of the details provided in the application for
the licence, the applicant must give the Authority written details of the
change as soon as practicable after the applicant becomes aware of the change.
Penalty: 25 penalty units.
