69. Exemption from Freedom of Information Act 1982

The Freedom of Information Act 1982 does not apply to a document that is in
the possession of the Special Investigations Monitor or any employee of the
Special Investigations Monitor to the extent to which the document discloses
information that relates to an examination under this Act.
