Requirement to provide assistance

58. Requirement to provide assistance



(1) The Chief Examiner must give, and must ensure that each Examiner gives,
the Special Investigations Monitor any assistance the Special Investigations
Monitor reasonably requires to enable the Special Investigations Monitor to
perform functions under this Act.

(2) The Chief Commissioner must give, and must ensure that each member of the
police force gives, the Special Investigations Monitor any assistance the
Special Investigations Monitor reasonably requires to enable the Special
Investigations Monitor to perform functions under this Act.
