Chief Examiner must report other matters to Special Investigations Monitor

53. Chief Examiner must report other matters to Special Investigations Monitor



(1) As soon as practicable after an examination has been completed, the Chief
Examiner must give a written report to the Special Investigations Monitor,
setting out-

   (a)  the reasons for the examination and the place and time of the
        examination; and

   (b)  the name of the witness and of any other person who was present during
        the examination; and

   (c)  the relevance of the examination to the organised crime offence in
        relation to which the coercive powers order was made; and

   (d)  any other prescribed matters.

(2) A report under subsection (1) must include a copy of the video-recording
made under section 45 and, if a transcript is prepared, a copy of the
transcript.
