52. Chief Examiner must report witness summonses and orders to Special
Investigations Monitor

The Chief Examiner must give a written report to the Special Investigations
Monitor within 3 days after the issue of a witness summons, or the making of
an order under section 18, by the Chief Examiner setting out-

   (a)  the name of the person summoned or in respect of whom the order was
        made; and

   (b)  the reasons the summons was issued or the order was made.
