Police assistance to Chief Examiner

28. Police assistance to Chief Examiner

For the purposes of section 68, a member of the police force who assists or
supports the Chief Examiner in relation to the performance of functions and
duties and the exercise of powers of the Chief Examiner under this Act or is
otherwise involved in an examination conducted by the Chief Examiner under
this Act is performing a function under this Act. __________________
