Management of Examiners
27. Management of Examiners
Subject to any consultation with the Examiners that is appropriate and
practicable, the Chief Examiner may make arrangements as to the Examiner who
is to be able to exercise the powers of the Chief Examiner under this Act in
relation to a coercive powers order.
