Service of notices

33. Service of notices



(1) A notice required by this Act or the regulations to be served on a member
of the Council may be given personally to the member or sent by prepaid post
or electronic transmission to the member.

(2) It is not necessary to give notice of a meeting of the Council to a member
of the Council who is absent from Victoria.

(3) Any notice or other document required to be served on the College may be
served by leaving the same with the Registrar or sending it through the post
in a prepaid letter addressed to the College at its office or usual place of
meeting.
