Constitution of College

3. Constitution of College



(1) For the purpose of this Act, the body corporate under the name the
Melbourne College of Divinity continues to be constituted and incorporated as
provided in this Act.



(2) The College consists of-

   (a)  the Council;

   (b)  persons who are appointed by the Council in accordance with the
        regulations as Fellows of the College;

   (c)  members of the boards and committees of the College;

   (d)  members of the academic staff and general staff of the College that
        are specified by the Council or of a class of staff specified by the
        Council;

   (e)  persons enrolled as students of the College in courses or parts of
        courses leading to a degree, diploma, certificate or other award of
        the College;

   (f)  persons designated by the College as scholars of the College.
