Academic functions

24. Academic functions

The College may-

   (a)  conduct academic programs and courses of study for the admission to an
        examination or to a degree, diploma, certificate or other award of the
        College;

   (b)  hold examinations for the academic programs and courses of study
        conducted by the College in the manner, at the times and in the
        subjects that are prescribed.
