Special meetings

13. Special meetings



(1) The Council may hold special meetings, and the President or the
Vice-President or any three or more members may call a special meeting.

(2) No special meeting shall be held unless at least four clear days' notice
thereof is given to members.

(3) The notice shall be in writing and shall specify the time and place of the
meeting and the object thereof.

(4) No business shall be transacted at a special meeting except such as is
stated in the notice thereof.
