Ordinary meetings

12. Ordinary meetings



(1) The Council must hold meetings for the transaction of ordinary business at
least 4 times in each year.

(2) The meetings are to be held at the times and places that are prescribed by
the regulations or, if there are no regulations, at the times and places that
the Council determines.
