Validation of acts and proceedings

11. Validation of acts and proceedings



(1) No act or proceeding of the Council acting under the powers conferred by
this Act shall be invalid or illegal by reason only of there being any vacancy
in the number of members at the time of doing or executing such act or
proceeding.





(2) All acts and proceedings of the Council or of any person acting as a
member thereof shall, notwithstanding that it may be afterwards discovered
that there was some defect in the appointment of any person acting as a
member, be as valid as if such person had been duly appointed.
