Act and Model Deed not to apply to property held for Fund purposes

3. Act and Model Deed not to apply to property held for Fund purposes

It is hereby declared that-

   (a)  the Act does not apply to or affect in any way any property situated
        in Victoria which was or is devised given granted or held for
        Fund purposes;

   (b)  the provisions of the Model Deed do not apply to any property situated
        in Victoria which was or is devised given granted or held for
        Fund purposes.
