Statutes and regulations of the College

8. Statutes and regulations of the College



(1) Subject to subsection (2), the statutes and regulations of the College in
force immediately before the date of commencement of this Act are revoked.

(2) Statutes Nos 11 and 12 of the College and any regulations made under those
statutes continue and have effect as if made as statutes and regulations of
the University under the Melbourne University Act 1958, and as if those
statutes and regulations referred to The Melbourne University Institute of
Education instead of to the College, and those statutes and regulations may be
amended or revoked by statutes made under that Act.
