Utility liable for differential if it requests upgrade

56S. Utility liable for differential if it requests upgrade

If a Utility requests that a higher standard than the standard required by
section 56R should apply to the relocation or rectification of Utility
infrastructure, the Utility is liable to pay the difference in cost between
the lower and higher standard.
