Standard to apply to relocation or rectification

56R. Standard to apply to relocation or rectification



(1) For the purposes of section 56Q, the standard applied to the relocation or
rectification must result in the Utility infrastructure having the same or a
similar technical capability and having at least the same remaining life as it
had before it was affected.

(2) If new Utility infrastructure is required to meet the standard referred to
in subsection (1), the Link corporation is liable for the cost of that new
infrastructure.
